By accessing and using the Rebii mobile application ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Description of Service

Rebii is a sports community platform that provides:

• A social networking platform for athletes and sports enthusiasts
• AI-powered coaching and training assistance
• Content sharing and community interaction features
• User profile management and customization
• Multilingual support for global accessibility

User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring you log out at the end of each session

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• Share false or misleading information
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or other users' accounts
• Use the App for commercial purposes without our written consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Share content that infringes on intellectual property rights

User-Generated Content

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create and share on the App. However, by posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App.

Content Standards

All content you post must:

• Be original or properly licensed
• Respect the rights of others
• Be appropriate for a sports community
• Not contain harmful or offensive material

Content Moderation

We reserve the right to:

• Review and moderate all user-generated content
• Remove content that violates our policies
• Suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations
• Take appropriate action to maintain community standards

AI Assistant Service

Our AI coach assistant feature provides:

Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Rebii and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use our trademarks or branding without permission
• Create derivative works based on our intellectual property

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using the App, you consent to:

• Damages resulting from use of AI-generated advice
• Content posted by other users
• Service interruptions or technical issues

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service, if any.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the service.

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Using the account deletion feature in the App settings
• Contacting our support team

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Rebii is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiations between the parties
• Mediation if negotiations fail
• Binding arbitration as a last resort

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by:

• Posting updated Terms in the App
• Sending notifications through the App
• Updating the "Last Updated" date

Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
